KVILDA s.r.o started its business activities with a young and dynamic staff in Prag, on December 18, 2001. The newly established KVILDA, has then gathered under the same roof the business activities and experience of F.E.T spol s.r.o and FITEX spol s.r.o firms operating in the same country with a 12 years of work experience. KVILDA starting with the establishment, has been importing several textile products, mostly article of fabrics to the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. KVILDA is developing its sales activities and enlarging its targets in its company headquarters in Prag.

FITEX spol s.r.o started its business activities in the capital of Czech Republic on July 21, 1992. Supplying 36 kinds ready-made clothing products to the domestic market of the Czech Republic with an average of 500.000 USD annual turnover, our firm has expanded its disrtribution agencies in Poland, Albany, Moldovia and Slovakia during this period. Following up the market demands continuously, our firm has included the fabric kinds for the ready-made clothing to its product range.

By establishing FITEX spol s.r.o firm in 1994, export of crystal and glass products to Turkey has started. In order to give quality service to the growing market needs, our developing firms have recently purchased the warehouses and the company building in which they are located. Our firms with an average of 1.000.000 USD annual turnover, has established partnerships with domestic construction firms in the Czech Republic and has also realized construction activities by the time KVILDA has established.
